Great Lakes Institute of Management offers a 20-month blended Post Graduate Executive MBA programme for all working professionals who wish to take up a stronger step towards gaining their knowledge in the leadership world. The programme includes educating their students with the competencies of general management development and prepares them for the next generation higher official positions.

- The PGXPM program of Great Lakes is a rigorous and holistic program that includes keen mentorship of the faculty members that spreads over a 7-term classroom program.
- The course will include a deep case-study on subjects like Finance, Operations, Marketing, Human Resource and Technology.
- The classroom sessions will include students from various backgrounds, industries and sectors to ensure a close-knit network for sharing of experiences.
- The programme pedagogy is tailored to deliver the basis of case study through e-learning after each term for 3 months. The case studies will include personality development programs along with team activities, debates, assessments and executive coaching.
- There will be year long projects and opportunities will be offered to learn from eminent industrialists and gain knowledge about leadership qualities.
