Suyam I.A.S.

Established in October 2006, Suyam I.A.S.Coaching Institute. With the help of I.A.S. Awareness Camps, media outreach, and coaching programs for aspirants, this Institute is doing everything in its power to encourage Puducherry's youth to pursue a career in the civil service.

In order to operate the program, the Suyam IAS Coaching Institute partnered with the Pondicherry Institute of Development, Research, and Action in 2009 to provide free training to deserving candidates for the Village Administrative Officer and Village Assistant recruitment tests. The neediest 10 of the 30 applicants had sobbed with joy upon learning that they would be the family's primary providers. Deputy Tahsildar, Village Administrative Officer, Village Assistant, and Upper Division Clerk are just a few of the more than 600 posts that the Institute has produced so far.
