This institute was established as a specialized center by our honorary director Mr. A. NIRMAL, M.A., M.A., M.Phil., to create a benchmark institution to achieve excellence in the country's most difficult competitive exam, the Indian Administrative Service Exam, which is now known as the Civil Services Exam. Our Honorary Director Nirmals' involvement with the IAS examination for more than 10 years—as a student and a teacher—has helped him to grasp the subtleties of all three IAS Examination levels—Preliminary, Mains, and Interview.
