ICC was established in 2010 in R.T. Nagar, Bangalore, under the direction of Mr. Abdul Gafoor, with the help and encouragement of retired and active IAS, IPS, IRS, and KAS officers. ICC is passionate about its achievement in the very first year of its existence and continues to be a successful institute in the field of Civil Services Exam and other Competitive Exams. The faculty of ICC are experts in their fields and come from places like Bangalore.

Under Mr. Abdul Gafoor's leadership, ICC was founded by R.T. Nagar, Bangalore, in 2010 with assistance from present and former IAS, IPS, IRS, and KAS officers. In addition to continuing to be a successful institute in the field of Civil Services Exam and other Competitive Exams, ICC is passionate about the accomplishments it made in its very first year of operation.
