a modest beginning with only 7 students! We started in 1989 and have never looked back since. More than 20,000 of our more than one lakh students to date have excelled in competitive exams for the civil service, banking, railroad, staff selection, MBA entrance (CAT, XAT, MAT, etc.), public sector (SAIL, BHEL, NALCO, DRDO, HAL, IOCL, BPCL, COAL INDIA, etc.), and all government jobs.

Manmohan Mallick, a young industrialist who later became an advocate for education, had two goals in mind in 1989 when he returned to Odisha: industry or education. He opted for the latter. Odisha is the poorest state in India, and the Sundargarh District of Rourkela is home to many poor tribal people who need economic upliftment. This was only possible by giving educated scheduled tribes, scheduled castes, and the poor meritorious students jobs with the government or in the public sector.

Our director, Mr. Manmohan Mallick, decided to start by establishing an excellence center in Rourkela with the best of intentions. Furthermore, we are pleased to report that, thanks to our earnest support, more than 15000 SC/ST students have been able to find employment in the public sector. Since our beginning, we have written a lot of histories and records. For the SAIL MANAGEMENT TRAINEES EXAM, we are the first in Odisha to begin coaching. When we won 54 final selections in the SAIL MT EXAM in 2001, out of more than 150 openings, we made history. We are the first in western Odisha to begin civil service coaching.

In addition, we offer on-campus classroom training for all jobs in the public and private sectors. In Odisha, we altered the notion of career coaching. At the time of joining, we treat every student as a zero and always begin at the very beginning. By teaching and testing all of the subjects in the chapters, we attempt to gradually clarify their concepts. We go over all the time-saving shortcuts for taking examinations.
