Dear Concern, Greetings of the Day! Just wanted to bring your attention towards my CAT preparation at alchemist. They have asked for full payment before SWOT and on the side it's free to understand the ability. ( Please find attachment for your reference ) image.png image.png They have asked me to give my SWOT by 5 PM of next day but they have analyzed my SWOT the same day at Jun 3, 2023, 4:00 PM and i wasn't given my SWOT by the time the they analyzed it I gave it next day of morning i.e. 4th of June. It shows that the SWOT test is totally a scam in Alchemist. ( Please find attachment for your reference ) image.png image.png image.png On the side the Alchemist commits that on the basis of swot the one can begin their study plan accordingly. image.png I don't feel I paid for the same as per below attachment course. image.png Just explain me how one can focus on something which is not in his hand we have taken a class yesterday on combination the next class for same will be after 7 days Now today we learn arithmetic the new topic and the combination is still pending and tomorrow we get a class on logical reasoning the same will goes for 6 days mean you will learn 6 new topics on all 7 different days whether you are getting it or not. and alchemist says it is a Personalized training program. I would say that the fixed batch system is way far better than this Personalized training program. First you will get a module, first complete that, then go ahead. hence i requested for trial which also they denied to provide or else no one will get stuck in this all scam. I asked for morning shift classes and they initially agreed but the process does not allow the same. image.png image.png image.png image.png Lets me tell you what above attachment mean and i got from there that the each module class will run the same from morning 10 to evening 07 mean let's take a module which i got in my weakness i need to work on that module more than other take the module as Arithmetic hence the class for Arithmetic should run in all the timing slots so that a candidate can choose as per their convenience But it's not possible. We have an online site for alchemists in which the class sloting goes as per faculty availability and as per the convenience of the alchemist. No one care about student attendance they ask you to go with recordings which they provide just for next 24 hours and they ask you to clear your doubts at study zone where the faculty don't have enough time to clear your doubts on topics and on your basic if you have they will ask you to get it done from online and they will just solve the doubts on question if you have any specific. ( which we can google ) Strength of class. image.png What they commit is above and what they serve is below attached. image.png image.png\ image.png image.png Just let me know how a faculty can interact with all students ? Same with me. image.png The first option is not possible due to lack of time and a large syllabus. Although I am doing the same with some modules and about the 2nd option, not even a single teacher of alchemist can teach you from scratch. They feel if a student is coming for a CAT exam they should have basic knowledge. I don't understand why we joined the institute then. ( In basic class they give questions from CAT, XAT and SANP to solve.) I requested Reetu mam and Priyanka mam that I wanted it to start from Scratch she was like definitely you will get it and now teachers want us to get it from outside. I have many more complaints from which i write some above the others are like i got an mail asking me to do the assignment if i am not getting anything from class how i will do assignment dear they are asking me to do the same or eled they will block me or something we are not in school and college anymore so that we will do assignment to get same extra no in exam I can solve the assignment in a day from Google Hoping that wont help me to clear the CAT exam. and in class where I join for learning regularly the student are sitting who can solve the question in some second they might be taking that class 2nd time or 3rd time but i should not be there na or else they solve the question and the teacher thing that everyone get it they go ahead. and about feedback pop up after every class or booking any class slot which you guys ask is really bulshit means why the feedback when you can't do anything with that. there are few more issues with i dont have enough time to write all of them all together. In conclusion I wanted to tell you that either provide what you offered get me something which i can feel is personalised for me not with only name or eles refund my money as it all over scam or else i will have to take some serious action.
