An SBI probationary officer’s base pay begins at Rs. 41,960 and includes four advance increments. The amended Bipartite Settlement states that a probationary officer can expect to make between Rs. 36,000 and Rs. 63,840 per year. For the next seven years, the PO will receive a base salary of Rs. 36,090 with an annual increase of Rs. 1,490. The SBI PO Perks & Benefits are a five-in-one monthly reimbursement that includes allowances for housekeeping, gasoline, newspapers, mobile phone bills, and cleaning supplies. The total monthly refund is 10,000. If you clear the JAIIB and CAIIB exams, you will also receive one one-year raise for each certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
